Mini Fog Smoke Bomb 3.5g
For the control of flying and crawling insects
Approved for both amateur and professional control
Control of a wide range of insects including all moths (carpet moth, clothes moth etc.), mites, cluster flies and the majority of other flying and crawling insects. The 'Pest O One' smoke bomb has a unique paper fuse which limits the risk of sparks being produced, especially useful if applying around sensitive timbers.
This product will only kill adult insects that come into contact with the smoke at the time of treatment. This product does not leave any residue after treatment, so it should be used only to kill active adult insects. Insecticidal smoke does not control eggs or larvae.
We recommend that insecticidal smoke is only used to complement other treatment methods such as powders and sprays. Treatment using smoke as the sole treatment method is unlikely to gain control of an established infestation.
Smoke does not control the source of the infestation, and this we recommend that smoke is used in conjunction with other pest control methods such as spray and dusting. Smoke does not leave any residue and this it's only effective within the adult insect stage, not the larvae or egg.
*Not recommended against bed bugs due to their resistance against permethrin and waxy exoskeleton. May work against spiders and mites, however, users will generally get mixed results, especially with the pholcidae spider family (cellar spiders). Smoke is not an effective solution to woodworm control.
Ready to-use - does not require mixing or application equipment smoke is non-tainting and leaves no residue colour.
Instructions:
Light the non-sparking wick; smoke fumes will work their way into all nooks and crannies, killing all flying and crawling insects in the treated area. Read the label before use, allow a minimum of two hours before ventilating the area well.
Treat inaccessible areas - roofs, nooks and crannies, inside machinery area treated depends on infestation:
Treatment of cluster flies recommended being undertaken after dusk.
We are unable to guarantee that one treatment would be effective, especially if you plan to use smoke as the sole treatment method. Multi-treatments using smoke would not be uncommon. For best practise use smoke only to compliment larger treatments with other products.
In case of higher infestation, we recommended conjunction with other spray treatments.
